Step 1
Diseño
If you have a design of your own that you would like us to
implement, please provide us with the relevant design files. For
individual logo design files, you will need to provide a vector
format, such as ".ai" files. For the overall design of the product,
you will need to provide engineering drawings of the product, such
as "Auto cad, Proe" files. We also offer a design service, all you
need is a picture or even an idea and we will take care of the rest.
Step 2

You will need to confirm the capacity, colour and material of the
product prior to making a sample. The usb flash drive is available
in capacities from 128MB to 256GB.The power bank is available in
capacities from 4000mAh to 10000mAh. Pantone colours are recommended
to determine the colour of products and logos. Commonly used
materials are plastic, zinc alloy, wood, silicone, etc.
Step 3

The option of 3d printing is available for rapid prototyping in
order to quickly define the structure of the product. Or use the
full sample production process to get a complete sample
presentation. This will result in a complete product that can be
used as a model for the next full production run.
Step 4
Confirmar
We need you to confirm your sample and order before we can start
production. Confirmation will be based on receipt of your official
order by email. Delivery times are important and need to be
confirmed by agreement.
Step 5
Fabricación

Upon receipt of your official order, we will schedule manufacture
immediately. You can follow the production of your product at any
time and we will keep you informed of the progress of production in
due course. All products are checked before delivery to ensure that
they reach you in perfect condition.
Step 6
Envío

How quickly and accurately we can ship your products to you is also
a key concern of ours. Usually we ship by air freight for
time-sensitive orders. Of course, you can specify your preferred
shipping method at any time before your order is completed.
Step 7
Servicio

If there is a problem with the quality of the product due to
production, we can re-ship the product or refund the full amount. We
will usually deliver more products to you than the actual order
quantity so that you can deal with any unexplained defects in a
timely manner.
